Uvas orgánicas 100% Malbec cosechadas a mano. Uso de mesa de selección para clasificación de racimos. La fermentación se hace en tanques de acero inoxidable a 26°C, durante 10 días. Fermentación exclusivamente con levadura nativa, para potenciar la expresión del viñedo del que proviene la uva. Madurado en cubas de concreto por 9 meses. No pasa por roble.
